Currently, my career ambition is to become a successful Human Resources Business Partner Leader who can align business objectives with employees and management in designed business units. I want to work as a consultant to management on human resources – related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent. I also want to expand my ability on the communicating needs with human resources department and business management then seek to develop integrated solutions.
