Experienced 7 years in the retail industry. And over 6 years on the role of National Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the service industry. My strengths are operations management, brand management & people management. I believe that the key to every success is attitude. Any person without a good attitude, not respect their job, their colleagues... meaning they can not able to deliver good service to the customer even they are a talent, or they have excellent products. That is might an intangible value but I appreciated it and desire to succeed with the people or company same minded.
