Over 15 years experience in business partnering, managing strategic recruitment, and talent management projects in Asia and Europe. I assist my clients in Executive Search/ Recruitment, Psychometric Assessment, Competency Modelling, Management Development Program, Building Sourcing Strategies, Employer Branding, Organisation Effectiveness Review, and Executive Outplacement. I started my career in Corporate HR in Mumbai, India in 2006, moved to Singapore in 2009 to pursue MBA. From 2010 to 2020, I lived and worked in Singapore with leading Swedish and US based HR Consulting companies. Currently, I am based out of India and managing recruitment projects across Asia Pacific region. My primary focus countries are Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea, India, China & Japan. I have also done recruitment and talent management projects in New Zealand, Russia, Italy, Denmark, Turkey, and Cyprus. MBA (HR) from James Cook University in Singapore (2010) and Bachelor of Management Studies from Mumbai University (2005). I am passionate about football; I used to represent my University team - JCUS FC in an amateur league - ESPZEN in Singapore and was the Captain of Strikers FC Mumbai playing in MDFA league. I am also an avid hiker (climbed Kota Kinabalu and Mount Merapi) and an amateur chef.
