Extensively worked in IT and manufacturing domain and recruited over 50+ candidates in my last stint with Pathfinder. Worked with an IT MNC for little over 5 months through Pathfinder, where I got to learn and see firsthand employee on-boarding, client handling, vendor management, offer processing and rollout, making of a job description and how to effectively conduct recruitment drives for mass hiring.
