• Over 13 years of experience working as a Program Manager to the capacities of Recruiting Manager, Client Delivery and HR manager. • Responsible for managing a team of 10 recruiters along with recruiting managers for different programs. • Maintain individual client scorecards, and work towards better client experience by using processes to save cost and time. • Handle client escalations and team queries to deliver projects as per the schedule. • Responsible for defining KPI’s for team and assigning monthly and yearly targets. • Designing SLA’s for internal teams based on client needs and demands and maintains the P&L of the team as a unit. • Maintained monthly trackers and responsible for monthly and quarterly business reviews with stakeholder management. • Great organizing and coordination skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
