I oriented to become an expert in HR and consulting profession when I were still a student of high school, since I love this occupation very much and I always think my character is very suitable for this career. Therefore I chose Human Resources Management Major to study and research (Bachelor and Master). Up to now I have a straightforward development in my career path and I realize that my option of HR and consulting is very very great and it helps me to have a high motivation in working attitude and good work-life balance.
