I've worn many hats in my career – Customer care executive, event manager, project management, content writer and now in Human Resources. Currently handling HR operations which includes compliances, on-boarding of new joinees and entire HR backend operations and any ad-hoc activities. Have handled many company events, employee relations activities, employee one on one, employee counselling, and employee query resolutions. I like projects which involve employee engagement activities, handling company events and interacting with employees.
