A life-long curiosity about human beings in general led me to a profession wherein I have the opportunity to talk to several individuals every day to learn about their lives, dreams, vulnerabilities failures, successes and strengths. Passion for People is the only capital with which I have started my Executive Search Practice. I have seen Hiring from the perspective of a client, perspective of a Search Consultant and also as a candidate. Search is an immersive experience and rewarding at many levels. From a Corporate HR to a Consultant again and enjoying the journey to the fullest!
