KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Recruitment - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job descriptions to onboarding. - Collaborate with external partners, online platforms, freelancers, and headhunters. Employees Management - Oversee onboarding and training processes to boost retention, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. - Maintain accurate and updated employee records, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. - Conduct regular performance evaluations based on direct supervisor’s feedback. - Handle employee achievements and disciplinary matters. HR Policies and Procedures - Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Lead internal audits and handle HR-related legal matters if necessary. Talent Development - Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. - Foster a positive work environment that encourages continuous learning. - Create structured career development plans for employees, including skill-building roadmaps and leadership pipelines. - Develop mentorship programs pairing senior staff with junior employees to encourage knowledge transfer. Employee Relations - Act as a bridge between employees and management. - Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances. Business Assets Management - Oversee the management of company assets, including equipment and bookkeeping tasks. Others - Assist with daily administrative duties. - Provide support to staff members in other departments as needed. - Track department budgets and submit requisitions for additional funding if needed. - Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning documents into CRM's Data System.
