Business Development Business Development Sales
- Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts - Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs - Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market - Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to make sure Hive continues to provide unparalleled offerings - Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development - Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities - Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields - Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities - Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships in a SaaS or tech startup - Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field - Proficiency in sales/CRM platforms such as Hubspot is a plus - Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities - Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions - Open to fresh grads that are tech savvy and have the grit to survive in start ups
