You will play a key role in localizing our go-to-market strategy, acquiring and developing influential community builders, and implementing high-impact marketing initiatives. You will directly contribute to the expansion of our ecosystem in Thailand, working closely with our regional teams in Vietnam, Singapore, and beyond Market Development & Discovery Leader Acquisition - Identify and recruit Discovery Leaders with backgrounds in insurance, finance, healthcare, wellness, or community development. Design and execute growth campaigns to attract influential, investment-oriented leaders with a drive to build and lead a network of ~100 members each. - Organize and support community events, training sessions, and info-sharing meetups, attracting 20-30 new leads weekly. - Help leaders scale their communities and evolve into Core Leaders through mentorship and leadership development. Localized Marketing Execution - Create and manage local marketing content, messaging, and campaigns tailored for the Thai market. - Execute social media, influencer marketing, and grassroots campaigns to build awareness and credibility. - Collaborate with regional marketing teams to maintain brand consistency while ensuring cultural relevance. Customer Journey & Conversion Strategy - Support Core Leaders in applying effective lead conversion methods: - Asking thought-provoking, urgency-based questions. - Emphasizing long-term health risks and benefits of early action (e.g., stroke prevention, longevity). - Offering trial kits, VIP Passes, and bundled packages that cater to local consumer psychology. - Guide one-on-one follow-ups, in-person meetings, and office visits to maximize conversion rates. - Track and improve conversion funnel performance across Discovery Leader communities. Retention & Leadership Enablement - Coach Discovery Leaders through their Core Leader journey, building their confidence in strategic thinking, communication, and product knowledge. - Ensure long-term user satisfaction and community retention through personalized support. - Help members build their personal health platform using LIFE AI tools and services

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal. Experience - 2+ years of experience in community building, digital marketing, or growth roles, ideally within the MLM industry, functional foods/supplements sector, insurance networks, or other community-driven business models - Strong background in event execution, social media engagement, and partnership coordination. Skills & Attributes - Deep understanding of Thai consumer behavior, especially in areas of health, family wellness, and financial independence. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Tech-savvy, open to learning about Web3, DeSci, and AI health tools. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. - Strong ability to learn and understand products, especially in lifestyle and personal wellness. Other - Willingness to travel within Thailand and regionally when needed.
