Your Mission - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing primarily on Vietnam, and expanding to other Asian countries over time. - Lead the full business development cycle—from client engagement and tailored proposals to negotiation and contract finalization. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. - Manage client pitches through to contract signing. - Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

- From 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related roles. - Fluent in English. - Experience in the Vietnamese market is required. Have a significant and qualified network in the B2B market in Vietnam. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented. - International sales experience is a plus.
