Digital Marketing Problem Solving SEM Budget Planning
Digital Marketing Associate Manager will be responsible for company’s media investment strategies from planning to execution specializing but not limited to performance marketing, organize creative campaigns that support all performance marketing initiatives, have strategic input in CRM and loyalty strategy and initiatives and new emerging performance marketing solutions. Responsibilities - Creating and implementing Performance Marketing plan for brands across various digital platforms for multiple digital sales channels - Monitoring and liasing Performance Marketing plan with our performance marketing agency - Setting up of Business Intelligence tools and reports critical for Performance Marketing optimization - Optimizing marketing budget to achieve target metrics (Conversion rates, ROAS, etc.) - Work with creative team to produce the thumb grabbing content - Work with marketing team on overall CRM campaigns and audience set-up - Budget management and reporting of all spends weekly, monthly and yearly - Reporting of overall ecommerce metrics
- Bachelor’s degree required or Equivalent Experience - 3-5+ years of Digital Marketing working experience required - Fluency in VN eCommerce Tech - Experience with working in cross functional teams & regional teams - Self- sufficient and problem solver - Management of team - Proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, and Display Advertising. - Budget allocation across multiple digital channels
