- Identify and develop new B2B partnerships through market research, lead generation, networking events, and industry conferences. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, particularly key stakeholders such as HR, Trade Unions, and C-level executives. - Prepare and present tailored proposals, and directly engage in negotiations to close deals with prospective clients. - Develop and execute strategic partner plans in collaboration with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to drive market penetration and cross-selling. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and maximizing revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Monitor business performance metrics, gather market insights, and proactively suggest adjustments to strategy to improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, Communications, Technology, or related fields. - At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments such as ERP, HRM, SaaS, FinTech, or workforce solutions. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; confident working independently and in teams. - Goal-oriented mindset with strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities. - Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and business analysis tools. - Solid understanding of the corporate market, especially large enterprises and FDI companies in Vietnam.
