Job Overview And Responsibility
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT 40% - Build & develop strong relationships with clients & act as main point of contact between client & agency. - Daily manage & control clients’ expectations - Assess new digital marketing and business development opportunities PROJECT MANAGEMENT 40% - Manage digital marketing plans for all digital channels (customer acquisition and retention). - Effectively work with creative & planning teams to develop innovative ideas & strategic direction. - Monitor all resources to manage full digital project (creative & media) from planning to execution that reach KPI in time, within budget & high quality. DIGITAL KNOWLEDGE IMPROVEMENT 20% - Continuously update new digital trends, technique or campaigns locally or globally - Provide insightful analysis and recommendations that will support for execution.
Required Skills and Experience
-Must have a minimum 2-year experience in Digital field -Proactive, dynamic, and accountable team player to provide solutions to ongoing internal and external challenges -Careful, detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset -Good project-time-budget management skill -Good communication: speaking and writing communication skills -Experience of working as part of a team (good teamwork) -A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints -Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook -The confidence and professional to build client trust -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding negotiation and consultative skills
