What you will do Pizza 4Ps is looking for a passionate trainer of trainers. You will develop and build a network of dedicated trainers and build the coaching skills of the leaders of 4P’s. Your focus will be on communication skills, management & leadership skills, and supporting the delivery of the training for new hires. If helping people learn, grow and nurturing that ability in others then this role is for you! How you will do it - Take a culture first approach to all training and skill development, ensuring people not only know how but why Pizza 4P’s operates the way they do. - Work with regional and local managers and trainers to build and develop their training, people management, and coaching skills - Create and deliver Train The Trainer (T3) courses and ongoing learning for new trainers and for people in relevant roles - Work with regional and local managers, trainers and food coaches to enhance current, plan new and prepare all necessary training. Hard and soft skills - Train on Pizza 4Ps products, professional skills and other skills required to run the business and provide an excellent customer journey - Plan set up for and run effective in person and online training up to the Pizza 4Ps standards. - Create and maintain a system of assessments and evaluations and ensure all results are submitted and reported on. - Maintain active continual professional development to support performance of the all roles
