Strategic Planning - Develop mid- to long-term NPD roadmap aligned with brand portfolio strategy and business goals. - Lead annual planning for product innovation: innovation pipelines, project prioritization, resource and budget planning. Consumer & Market Insights - Identify product opportunities based on market trends, competitor analysis, and evolving consumer needs in the dairy and nutrition sectors. - Initiate concept development and consumer validation to ensure product-market fit. Product Development & Innovation - Drive cross-functional coordination to develop product concepts: formulation, packaging, positioning, pricing, naming, claims, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure feasibility and excellence in execution. Project Management - Lead multiple NPD projects simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation. - Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure delivery within set KPIs. Product Launch & Post-Launch Review - Partner with Brand/Marcom teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans. - Monitor launch performance (sell-in, sell-out, consumer feedback) and initiate product improvements or line extensions as needed. Team Development & Leadership - Build and develop a high-performing NPD team with strong ownership and innovative mindset. - Set up effective work processes, reporting systems, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or Master’s in Public Health/Marketing is preferred). - Minimum 5–7 years of experience in NPD, Brand Management, or Product Marketing within the dairy or FMCG industry. - Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to market. - At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role. - Strong project management and cross-functional leadership. - Consumer-centric mindset and solid analytical thinking.
