Branding Digital Marketing Brand Management
Job Purpose • The job holder ensures that Techcombank's brand strategy, in line with the overall development strategy, is implemented as planned. • The job holder participates in developing a brand development plan and measuring effectiveness to increase brand awareness, emotional connection, brand love, brand health enhancement (BHI), and brand value. • The job holder contributes to the development of a brand plan including implementing the "Excellent > Everyday" Life Trend to lead the media, strengthen emotional connection with the target audience, and create differentiation in the brand field. Key Accountabilities (1) • Participate in building long-term and short-term brand development plans including objectives, target audience, and deployment orientation for each stage to gradually realize the brand strategy. • Collaborate in planning and deploying the trend of Living Better Every Day (hub, app, social fund, etc.) with relevant departments, ensuring progress and activity quality align with the developed strategy. • Develop short-term communication plans (big idea, main message, cross-cutting content) across traditional and non-traditional mass communication channels (e.g., experience marketing), including internal communication. • Support the creation of evaluation criteria/frameworks and KPIs to measure effectiveness for each campaign and activity. • Work closely with implementation teams to ensure execution aligns with the plan; analyze performance reports to optimize campaigns and propose improvements for future activities. • Control detailed budgets and schedules within the assigned scope of work. • Manage external partners (NCC) in consulting creative ideas and advertising communication both locally and internationally. • Develop and implement a personal development plan (PDP). • Develop and evaluate annual KRA results on time (twice/year – June and December). • Actively participate in building a positive organizational culture and comply with all requirements on time.
