Data Analysis & Business Insights • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights via Power BI reports and dashboards • Perform correlation analysis to assess relationships between key production variables • Monitor and report operational KPIs (OTD, Quality, Cost, Resource Utilization, Productivity, Budget Fulfillment) and provide data-driven recommendations • Apply clustering and segmentation techniques to group data for targeted analysis and actions • Conduct statistical analysis and data modeling to address business challenges • Embed Power BI reports into web platforms with managed access and permissions Predictive Analytics by Mathematical Algorithms • Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning algorithms to forecast business trends • Apply regression techniques and time series forecasting (ARIMA, Exponential Smoothing) to enhance early warning systems and resource planning • Analyze customer behavior to translate monthly demand into detailed production workload forecasts Data Management, Governance, and Quality Assurance • Coordinate with ERP systems to ensure consistent and accurate data flows • Manage structured data in data warehouse environments to support production needs • Collaborate with data engineers to maintain and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines • Implement best practices in data governance, privacy, and compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with ERP, Finance, Production, HR, and Wholesale teams to understand data needs and develop tailored analytics solutions • Present findings in clear, actionable formats for both technical and non-technical audiences • Empower end users to utilize data effectively for execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Promote teamwork and communication across departments with a growth mindset
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field • 4–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst • Proficient in SQL (MySQL or MS SQL preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Power BI • Strong English communication skills (IELTS ≥ 6.5 or equivalent)
