We are looking for an organized Senior Marketing Communication Executive to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. Senior Marketing Communication Executive 's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging sales packages, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. Senior Marketing Communication Executive Responsibilities - Be responsible for monitoring the resort’s social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TripAdvisor, ensuring complete and updated hotel information, properly handled inquiries, and sufficient coverage. - Follow up on marketing materials production and assemble information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences. - Responsible for the retreat’s image, photo shoots, and hotel activities such as events. - Follow the Brand Identity guideline for all marketing materials. - Assist with the planning of social strategy to help increase traffic, ensuring the production of a consistent brand message across all media channels. - Assist with on-site media relations for local events. - Work with TV and magazines for advertisement if any. - Assist with general day-to-day administration tasks and prepare monthly, quarterly reports. - Weekly update the marketing/advertisement. - Ensure marketing activities are always up-to-date on Facebook and TripAdvisor. - Find a qualified KOL who can represent the Resort’s Ambassador and encourage visitors to follow our Resort. - Create some package deals: Room, Wedding Package, Holiday Package, Food & - Beverage, Pool, Spa promotion, and prepare memos for departmental acknowledgment. - Update the Promotion Package on the Resort’s website. - Make yearly marketing plans and expenses. - Other duties assigned by DOS/Management.

To be a successful Marketing Communication Executive, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing. - Communication and interpersonal skills in English. - Creativity and problem-solving. - University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant - Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related major. - At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international hotel or 5 years of relevant work experience in resorts or retreats - The ability to work under pressure.
