Senior C&B reports directly to the HR Manager on daily basis and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to: PREPARING PAYROLL CALCULATION AND BENEFITS (50%) – Prepare monthly payrolls for all local and expat employees to make sure accuracy and timely payment and responsible for all reports related to payroll calculation. – Responsible for declaration, reconciliation of Social insurance, personal income tax, medical healthcare program as per mandatory requirement. – Monthly update employee list to Healthcare Insurance company and do reconciliation by end of the year with insurance vendors. – Regularly communicate benefits programs to staff and any update from law related to C&B SI, UI, HI, Tax….and make payment for company benefits to employee as regulation. – Preparing monthly personal income tax declaration data and conducting annual personal income tax finalization. – Manage to leave a record for an employee by collecting leave requests, updating in system and reconciliation with the line manager when needed. – Conducting disciplinary, onboarding and exit procedures for employees according to company policy. EMPLOYEE DATA AND LABOR CONTRACT MANAGEMENT (30%) – Manage staff profile in hard copies and in HR system – 1Office. Participate actively in establishing system. – Monitoring labor contract duration, sending evaluation forms, preparing labor contracts, updating information, and uploading labor contracts in HR System. – Collect new hire information and update in the Masterfile in a timely manner and store correctly in both soft and hard copy. – Remind line manager for the probation appraisal, contract renewal appraisal. – Prepare offer letter, labor contract for a new hire, contact renewal, appendixes, salary adjustment, confirmation letter, and termination process. – Accountable for all external reporting to authorities, including but not limited to the Social Insurance Department, Tax Department, Labor Department, Immigration Department…. – Responsible for internal report related to C&B such as turn-over rate, OT, Headcount, movement…. – Prepare additional reports as needed. COMPLIANCE (10%) – Use expertise to identify gaps in current policies, improving policy application and effectiveness; – Recommend additional processes and/or policies that will enhance the C&B function and service delivery. HR SUPPORT & OTHER TASKS BY HR MANAGER (10%) – Be advisors to HR Manager and for the efficiency, effectiveness and efficacy to the processes, documentation – Utilize the expertise and experience to continuously improving C&B function. – Support HR department in other projects as and when required.
Qualifications Education – Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant fields. – A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required. – Good Labor Law knowledge, HR practice, Labor code, Tax’s law, SHUI law – Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel) – Hands on experience in administering a major HR software system and Government system related to C&B – Knowledge of alternative industry practices, methodologies, and benchmarks – High analytical ability and spread sheet skills, to work with details and high level of accuracy. – Good communication in English – Good at numerical and logical thinking – Honesty, integrity, carefulness – Excellent organization and time management skill – Ability to handle multi-tasking under high pressures. – Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and ‘can do’ attitude.
