We are currently seeking a Sales Director (B2B Logistics – FMCG & Retail, B2B Logistics – Industrial Zones) to drive market expansion and develop strategic partnerships with major FMCG, retail clients and Industrial Zones. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in B2B logistics, supply chain optimization, and tailored logistics solutions for high-demand industries. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a market expansion strategy for logistics services tailored to FMCG and retail clients, ensuring alignment with their supply chain needs. • Develop and execute a market expansion strategy for logistics services tailored to industrial zone clients, including FDI enterprises, manufacturers, and export-import businesses. • Identify and build relationships with key strategic partners and customers, negotiating logistics service agreements covering transportation, warehousing, distribution, and integrated supply chain solutions. • Design and optimize logistics services for specific sectors, including temperature-controlled supply chains, high-volume retail distribution, and last-mile delivery solutions. • Lead and manage a dedicated sales team by region/industry segment, ensuring business growth, service excellence, and long-term customer retention. • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technology, finance, etc.) to develop, pilot, and scale customized logistics solutions for enterprise clients.
• 7–10 years of experience in business development within logistics, transportation, or warehousing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven experience in providing logistics solutions to FMCG brands, large retailers, or high-volume supply chain operations. • Strong understanding of transportation networks, warehousing, cold chain logistics, and just-in-time delivery models. • Established network within the FMCG and retail supply chain ecosystem, including manufacturers, distributors, and logistics service providers. • Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable logistics frameworks and drive execution across multiple stakeholders. • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to take initiative and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Experience working at leading 3PL companies. • Hands-on experience managing large-scale logistics operations for FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or perishable goods. • Track record of optimizing nationwide distribution networks and high-frequency logistics routes.
