- Influencer & Affiliate Partnership Management: - Identify, recruit, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, KOLs, and KOCs across all platforms. - Maintain ongoing communication with partners, ensuring engagement and motivation to promote the brand. - Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales - Content Strategy & Brand Alignment: - Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, and product development) to create influencer-driven campaigns that align with the brand's messaging. - Provide content guidelines and strategic direction to ensure brand consistency across influencer-generated content. - Oversee influencer content approvals, ensuring compliance with brand standards and advertising regulations. - Platform & Industry Knowledge: - Maintain a strong understanding of platform features, algorithms, and best practices for influencer marketing. - Monitor changes in the Multi-Channel Network (MCN) landscape in Vietnam and leverage opportunities accordingly.. -Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis of platform performance and engagement metrics. - Performance Analysis & Optimization. - Track and analyze the performance of affiliates and influencer-driven campaigns, measuring key KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI. - Provide reports and insights to the commercial and financial teams for performance evaluation and budget allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related. - 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry - Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices. - Leads through influence, collaboration and persuasive, dynamic communication skills.
