• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization • Lead SEO initiatives to optimize our web presence and increase organic traffic • Craft compelling content marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, including Discord, to build our community and foster player engagement • Utilize marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions • Generate insightful reports to communicate marketing results to stakeholders • Design and implement A/B tests to refine marketing tactics and improve ROI • Oversee the production of high-quality advertising materials that align with our brandʼs voice and objectives

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

• This role requires a hands-on approach to marketing analytics, reporting, A/B testing, and ads production. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, and community engagement through platforms such Discord. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the gaming industry or a related field (Tech, Crypto, E-commerce) • Strong expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies • Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and A/B testing • Proficiency in ads production, including video and display ads • English proficency: Professional
