A. Clinic Operations Management - Manage and coordinate all daily operational activities of the clinic. - Supervise the customer reception, consultation, and service process to ensure service quality and a positive customer experience. - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and related departments to ensure the clinic operates efficiently and professionally. B. Appointment & Customer Schedule Management - Receive and manage customer booking schedules. - Arrange and coordinate appointment schedules for doctors and medical staff. - Monitor and optimize customer flow to improve operational efficiency and reduce waiting time. C. Medical Supplies & Equipment Management - Plan and manage the procurement of medical supplies and equipment required for clinic operations. - Monitor and control medical inventory to ensure a stable supply for professional activities. - Work with suppliers to control quality, delivery schedules, and costs. D. Customer Experience & Feedback Management - Collect and record customer feedback after services. - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and propose solutions to improve service quality. - Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional manner. E. Working with Authorities - Coordinate and work with relevant authorities and regulatory agencies in Malaysia related to clinic operations. - Support legal procedures, licensing processes, and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector. - Ensure clinic operations comply with local laws and medical standards. F. Reporting & Operational Improvement - Prepare periodic reports on clinic operations, customer volume, and operational performance. - Propose solutions to optimize operational processes and improve service quality.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. - At least 2 years of experience in a management position in a clinic, medical spa, or healthcare/beauty service environment. - Proficient in English and Chinese for communication and problem-solving. - Experience in personal sales performance and leading a sales team. - Required skills: o Leadership o Sales management o Customer service o Problem-solving o Planning and organizational skills
