This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced designer who thrives on creativity, leadership, and innovation. As a Manager, Creative Designer, the individual will lead design initiatives, oversee creative projects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful designs. This role requires strategic vision, artistic excellence, and the ability to mentor and guide a team. The Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand guidelines, values, and goals. Lead creative direction and develop innovative concepts - Establish and execute creative strategies that align with brand identity and business objectives - Develop visually compelling concepts, graphics, and layouts that resonate with target audiences - Drive innovation and continuously explore new ways to enhance visual storytelling and communication Oversee and manage design projects with excellence - Execute creative projects, ensuring the successful completion of design initiatives - Set and maintain high design standards to ensure consistency and alignment across all brand materials - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs within scope and budget Create and optimize multi-platform content for maximum impact - Design and produce high-quality content for digital (websites, social media), print (brochures, posters), and multimedia (videos, animations) - Optimize visual materials to meet platform-specific requirements, such as resolutions, formats, and dimensions - Ensure consistency across all design assets, maintaining scalability across different channels Transform abstract ideas into effective visuals - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into compelling visuals - Apply storytelling techniques to enhance engagement and create emotional connections with the audience - Provide expert guidance on design best practices and aesthetic principles to ensure quality Stay ahead with design trends and emerging technologies - Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge - Experiment with new creative techniques, including motion graphics and immersive experiences - Continuously develop personal design knowledge and skills to integrate cutting-edge techniques into projects Analyze performance metrics and drive improvement - Track the performance of creative assets using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and conversions - Use data-driven insights to refine design strategies and improve content effectiveness - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure that design decisions align with business goals Foster collaboration and drive success - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging - Offer guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment - Contribute to a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the design team
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Candidates with international exposure or education is a must. - English proficiency is a must. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. - Design Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and others. - Animation & 3D Design: Strong animation skills and proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender. - Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to align design strategies with business objectives and audience insights.
