B2B Sales · Identify business opportunities through cold and warm prospecting · Accompany Co-Founders to meet potential customers and developing new relationships · Lead sales calls, meetings and deliver B2B sales to potential clients Account Management · Maintain existing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance · Build processes that optimize retention of clients after they join our ecosystem · Lead the execution of initiatives that enhance the value of vibefam's ecosystem Content Creation · Take the lead on optimizing digital marketing efforts across existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Blog) and new platforms to increase brand visibility and credibility

If handling more than one thing at a time causes you to stress, we understand, but wouldn't recommend you take up this role. · Communications: You should be a wizard at language, and not afraid to speak to corporate decision makers. There will be challenges and you will face multiple rejections. A high degree of self-motivation, ability to cope with rejections and a drive to flourish in a new environment will set you apart. · Some experience with the Fitness industry and/or a keen desire to learn more will be critical We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management.

🌟 Preferred Skills - B2B Sales Expertise: Proven ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals with small to mid-sized businesses, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or SaaS space. - Client Success & Retention: Experience managing client relationships post-sale, with a focus on long-term engagement and upselling. - Digital Marketing Know-How: Familiarity with content creation and campaign management across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blogs. - CRM & Sales Tools: Comfort with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to manage pipelines and customer data. - Cross-Cultural Communication: Ability to adapt tone and messaging across diverse markets in Asia—especially Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. - Project Management: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities and executing initiatives with minimal supervision. 💼 Preferred Experiences - 2–3 Years in Business Development or Account Management: Especially in startups, fitness, wellness, or tech. - Experience in the Fitness Industry: Whether as a trainer, studio manager, or even a passionate fitness enthusiast—it helps to speak the language of your clients. - Startup or Entrepreneurial Background: A track record of working in fast-moving environments where you’ve had to wear multiple hats. - Content Creation or Social Media Management: Bonus points if you’ve built a brand or community online.
