Social and Health Insurance Management: - Manage records related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and other related benefits. - Handle procedures for insurance registration, termination, and claims related to sick leave, maternity leave, etc., in accordance with legal regulations. - Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding insurance. Performance Management: - Coordinate with other departments to implement and monitor performance evaluation processes. - Propose improvements to enhance the company's performance management system. HR Data Analysis: - Collect and analyze data related to employee turnover, performance, engagement, etc. - Possess knowledge and experience in implementing KPIs/performance management, competency frameworks, or the 3P salary system.
- About 3 years of experience in C&B. - Experience in insurance administration. - Familiar with building, tracking, and evaluating individual and organizational performance. - Proficient in data analysis tools such as Pivot Table, Query, BI tools, Google Data Studio,... - Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills. - Skilled in report design and data presentation.
