1.​ Market Research & Strategic Intelligence - Conduct deep market research on Vietnam’s urban mobility landscape, including user behavior, competitor models, pricing, fleet deployment strategies, and regulatory considerations. - Analyze district-level and segment-level dynamics (e.g. residential, commercial, university, transit-adjacent zones) to support localization and expansion decisions. - Design and run qualitative research (interviews, site visits, stakeholder conversations) and synthesize findings into structured insights. 2.​ Data Analysis & Growth Support - Analyze operational and growth data related to asset utilization, fleet availability, user adoption, retention, and location performance. - Support KPI definition and tracking (e.g. utilization rates, ride frequency, deployment efficiency, downtime patterns). - Build simple models and dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets; BI tools a plus) to support scenario planning and strategic trade-offs. 3.​ Localization & Cross-Functional Execution - Support localization strategy by aligning market insights with product, operations, and deployment planning. - Work closely with internal teams to turn research findings into actionable experiments, pilots, or operational improvements. - Assist in planning and evaluating small-scale growth or localization initiatives, defining hypotheses and success metrics. 4.​ Executive Communication & Presentation - Create high-quality business materials including decks, one-pagers, market briefs, and visual summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders. - Use Canva and slide tools to produce professional, clear, and data-driven presentations suitable for executive, partner, or government-facing settings. - Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up materials to ensure alignment and execution after leadership discussions.

Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu

1.​ Experience & Background - 2+ years of experience in growth, strategy, business analysis, operations, consulting, or market research roles. - Experience in mobility, logistics, O2O platforms, consumer tech, real estate-adjacent businesses, or asset-heavy networks is strongly preferred. - Comfortable working in start-up, fast-moving environments with limited structure. 2.​ Analytical & Technical Skills - Solid understanding of growth metrics, unit economics logic, and operational KPIs (experience with asset or fleet data is a strong plus). - Familiarity with BI tools, SQL, or data visualization platforms is an advantage but not mandatory. 3.​ Communication & Design Skills - Strong presentation and storytelling skills; ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders. - Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Powerpoint for business presentations, reports, and visual summaries. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese. 4.​ Mindset & Working Style - Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership. - Able to balance analytical depth with speed and practicality.
