1. Strategic: - Implement the merchandise, buying and pricing strategies for categories, in line with the agreed company vision and mission. - Control all nationwide range and approval local range in each region for the incharge category. - NW Pricing and Margin strategy (RSP & Promotion) for category(ies). - Establish and maintain effective SKU control and tail management. 2. Sales and Profit: - Maintain budget margin and pricing frame which maximizes business profits whilst delivering a good value offer to the customer. - Handle suppliers on Trading Terms, Marketing activation and Trading Income. 3. People: - Build an effective and open working relationship both within the Merchandising Department and with other Departments. - Share to Supervisor/assistant direction and problem solving
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Retail merchandising and at least 2 years at the same position. - Good at English and computer skills. - Quick learning, willing to take up challenges. - Outstanding communication skills. - Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment. - Strong at Leadership and team work skills.
