- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.) and ensure adherence to Agile principles. - Act as a servant leader, removing blockers and empowering teams to self-organize. - Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables. - Track and report metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to drive continuous improvement. - Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation. - Liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations.
Kỹ năng và kinh nghiệm tối thiểu
Education: - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable institution. Experience: - 5+ years as a Scrum Master in software development/IT environments. - Mandatory Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) OR Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). - Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional communication and facilitation skills. - Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, tools (Jira, Confluence), and best practices. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
