Business development: - Search, develop, and gain new businesses with existing and new products/services in the 5 Performance Materials focusing segments - Closely cooperate with local & SEA technical service to implement technical training & product trials at customers - Participate in the Global Partner programme to survey, update customer insight, and market outlook to support the Global account strategy - Actively notify, provide information, and local support to the Global partner programme team to implement Coats products/services to Global partner accounts Monthly Sales Achievement/ Annual sales Achievement/ Segment sales achievement: - Maintain existing customers and create sales opportunities via share gain, new product implementation, and price increase to meet the defined sales target - Follow up and monitor the specification gained by the Global sales team (sports goods, gloves, headwear category), actively provide feedback on the results, and consult with the Global sales team if there is any violation of subcontractors re. compliance with the specification - Raise quotations to customers, as appropriate, and follow progress to the order completion stage - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the customer's requirement is fulfilled with correct information Collection achievement vs. target: - Liaise with the credit control officer to work closely with customers in order to collect the payments on time - Directly work with customers’ accounting and related departments about the payment procedure. - Take responsibility to solve the payment issue with customers Maintain and develop relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction: - Actively approach and build relationships across departments withinthe customer organization - Provide customer satisfaction by handling all routine work, technical support, and problem solving Reporting: - Adopt Dynamics 365 and report all activities and business information using this tool - Provide an accurate and detailed Forecast of future demand - Update competitor movement - Report on time to the direct manager
Essential: - University/college graduate with experience in field sales - Proven ability to work independently in key customer management - Bright, Intelligent/ Personality/ Willingness to learn/ Team Player / Motivated person - Ability to communicate fluently in English - Ability to work flexibly with colleagues to achieve team objectives - Confidence in presenting in front of a group of people - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage and prioritize own workload under minimal supervision - Can-do attitude
