Technical Support Maintenance Troubleshooting Technical Support Communications
- Equipment Supervision and Management: Responsible for inspecting, adjusting, and operating all livestream equipment to ensure no issues occur with audio, visual devices, or network connections throughout the live session. - Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the livestream team and set up livestream software (e.g., OBS, TikTok Studio, etc.). - Signal Monitoring: Monitor the status of video, audio, and data transmission signals during the livestream, ensuring stable and uninterrupted signals. - System Issue Resolution: Track the operational status of equipment, promptly identify and coordinate with relevant departments to adjust and resolve issues. - Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as event management, videography, and technical teams to ensure smooth livestream sessions. - System Maintenance and Updates: Ensure equipment and software systems are regularly updated and maintained to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Education: College degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or Broadcasting. - Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in technical support for livestreaming or equivalent roles. - Professional Skills: Proficient in using and maintaining livestream equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly. - Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively in teams and coordinate with different departments. Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
