Job Overview and Responsibility We are looking for a Project Manager to lead blockchain, AI avatar, and fintech-related development projects. You will manage Agile teams, oversee task planning, support smooth delivery, and act as the communication bridge between stakeholders and developers. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Responsibilities include: + Organizing project tasks and aligning them with timelines and goals + Facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) + Identifying risks, resolving blockers, and updating stakeholders + Leading onboarding for new team members + Collecting and summarizing technical issues and discussion points + Ensuring continuous improvement through retrospectives + Tracking project KPIs and supporting quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Experiences + Bachelor’s degree in IT from top universities or specialized high schools (math/science-focused) + 3+ years of experience in IT project management + Proficient in English, Japanese, and Vietnamese + Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks + Excellent task management, problem-solving, and communication skills + Demonstrated ability to lead teams under pressure and adapt to change.
