Job Overview And Responsibility

PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Work with Strategic Planners to devise a campaign that meets the client’s brief and budget - Communicate with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets and timelines - Present campaign ideas and costings to clients - Work with the Creative team who will produce the adverts - Manage the account’s budget and invoice the client - Oversee and/or create key planning outputs in support of promotional activity and phase-in/phase-outs for assigned brands - Negotiate with clients, solve any problems and make sure deadlines are met - Check and report on the campaign’s progress ADMIN - Demonstrates solid understanding of media service; stays informed of current trends and potential disruptors and risk CUSTOMER RELATIONS - Acts as liaison, key point of contact between the client (and its partners) and assigned brands - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Brand stakeholders and maintain collaborative business relationships with cross-functional departments. - Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign - Conduct relationship management activities with suppliers and brands to ensuring effective communication and development of business relationships that promote superior project execution.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1-2 years of account experience at agencies in the same positions - Have experience working in KOL/KOC/Celeb (influencer marketing) or digital agency, and familiar with influencer marketing industry. - Influencer’s insight, knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Communications. - Understand client language and manage their expectations by providing advice with influencer channel expertise - Excellent ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization. - Fluent in English as it relates to the advertising field
