Problem Solving Operating Systems Grafana
• Ensure production stability and resolve issues for Quant/Enterprise Technology systems • Maintain readiness and effective operations of production environments, including routine maintenance on file systems, data stores, and job control systems • Participate in on-call support rotations to address and resolve urgent issues • Investigate complex production issues, conduct root cause analysis, develop and implement corrective actions • Identify, manage, and escalate risks proactively, ensuring prompt resolution of major incidents • Take ownership of tasks and consistently meet deadlines to ensure high-quality delivery
• Minimum 4 years of experience in system engineering or application support • Strong troubleshooting aptitude and hands-on experience in production support environments • Proven ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and clear communication • Experience supporting and improving technology systems within a Microsoft-based environment • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Victoria Metrics, SolarWinds, and ElasticSearch • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices • Experience working in complex environments with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
