Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM platforms) to join a new tech team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a remote-first position with a future hybrid work setup. This role will support a major eCommerce project for an Australian enterprise client with high user traffic and complex business logic. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and executing test plans and test cases for web and CRM platforms Leading test coverage for Salesforce CRM modules and workflows Developing automation scripts using Playwright, Appium, or other frameworks Collaborating with QA engineers, Salesforce developers, and product stakeholders globally Reporting bugs and verifying fixes in tools like JIRA or similar Supporting CI/CD pipelines and improving testing efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements | Must-Have: Minimum 6 years of QA experience, including testing enterprise-level platforms Prior experience or strong interest in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM systems Solid experience in web and mobile automation using Playwright or Appium Strong manual testing background with structured test documentation Excellent communication in English and the ability to work in a remote, global team Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and test lifecycle management.
