Job Overview And Responsibility
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual and automation testing to join a new tech team in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a remote-first position with a future hybrid work setup. You will work on high-quality web and mobile products for global enterprise clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing. Drive UI test automation using Playwright and Cypress across web and mobile platforms. Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality across the development cycle. Identify and document bugs, track resolution, and improve defect detection rates. Contribute to process improvements in QA workflows, tools, and strategies. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team collaboration activities.
Required Skills and Experience
Requirements | Must-Have: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in software QA roles. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks using Playwright and/or Cypress. Proven experience in both web and mobile application testing. Proficiency in manual testing, test design, and test strategy development. Fluent English communication skills for working with international teams. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and asynchronous collaboration.

Preferred skills and experiences
Nice-to-Have: Experience working in global outsourcing or consulting environments. Exposure to performance testing or CI/CD integration. ISTQB or other QA certifications.
