チームについて 当社の共同創業者は、NRI、キーエンス、LINE、マイクロソフト、PwCなど、日本および世界のトップ企業出身です。彼らは2023年に「FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST」に選出されました。エンジニアリング＆プロダクトチームには、Google、Microsoft、Indeedなど世界的なテック企業出身のメンバーや、Mercari、LINE、Yahoo、Smartnewsなど日本の著名なテック企業出身のメンバーが集まっており、16カ国以上からの多様な人材が揃っています。 業務内容 本ポジションでは、品質戦略マネジメント（Quality Strategy Management）として、プロダクトの品質保証戦略をリードし、QAプロセスの最適化やプロダクトマネージャー（PdM）との連携を通じて、より高品質なプロダクト提供を目指します。 - QA戦略の立案・実行を通じた品質管理体制の構築 - プロダクトマネージャー（PdM）と連携し、品質向上施策の企画・推進 - ビジネス職・PdMと協力しながら、ユーザー視点を踏まえた品質保証の設計 - 開発チームと連携し、QAプロセスの最適化およびテストの実施 - UXやユーザー体験の向上を目的とした改善提案 - 品質指標の策定・監視・改善 *English ver. About the team Our co-founders are from top Japanese and global companies, including NRI, Keyence, LINE, Microsoft, and PwC. They were selected for the FORBES 30 UNDER 30 ASIA LIST in 2023. Our engineering and product team includes members from global tech companies such as Google, Microsoft, and Indeed, as well as well-known Japanese tech companies such as Mercari, LINE, Yahoo, and Smartnews, and we have a diverse talent pool from over 16 countries. In this position, as Quality Strategy Management, you will lead the product quality assurance strategy and aim to provide higher quality products by optimizing the QA process and collaborating with product managers (PdMs). - Establishing a quality control system through planning and execution of QA strategies - Collaborate with Product Managers (PdMs) to plan and promote quality improvement measures - Design quality assurance from the user's perspective in cooperation with business professionals and PdMs - Collaborate with development teams to optimize QA processes and conduct testing - Improvement suggestions aimed at improving UX and user experience - Establishment, monitoring and improvement of quality indicators
Required Skills and Experience
必須スキル QA経験 3年以上 ビジネス職もしくはPdM経験 2年以上 IT・Web系企業での勤務経験 ネイティブレベルの日本語能力 *English ver. - QA experience: 3+ years - 2+ years of business or PdM experience - Experience working in an IT/Web company - Native level Japanese language ability
