Job Overview And Responsibility
We are hiring a Senior Performance Tester to join a newly built QA team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, responsiveness, and scalability for high-traffic applications used by enterprise clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and executing performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter Conducting performance testing for mobile apps and frontend web applications Analyzing bottlenecks, latency, and response time issues, and recommending solutions Collaborating with developers, DevOps, and QA engineers to define performance baselines Contributing to CI/CD pipeline integration and performance monitoring strategies Documenting results and preparing performance reports for key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
At least 6 years of QA experience, including a strong focus on performance testing Solid hands-on experience with Apache JMeter (scripts, test plans, metrics) Experience testing mobile and frontend-heavy applications Ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and conduct root cause analysis Familiarity with monitoring tools and cloud performance environments is a plus Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration.

Preferred skills and experiences
