- Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients. - Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis. - Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, comply with the company’s and client’s policies, and deliver clients’ satisfaction. - Regularly report the business results to clients and related stakeholders in the agency. - Enforce the agency’s culture and values.
You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude. You should be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers. - At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated/social communication. - Have good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising/ PR/ Events/ Digital. Advertising/TVC experience is preferred. - Attention to detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker. - Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
