Business Analyst Korean Business Analyst English Documentation
Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst cum IT Coordinator who will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with IT teams (both local and overseas), tracking project progress, and supporting communication among Korean, Indonesian, Thailand, Vietnamese people. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thinking, coordination skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Vietnamese, Korean and English. Business Analysis - Collaborate with business users from Indonesia, Thailand to gather and clarify requirements - Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), including test planning and result consolidation - Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly operation report) and updates for all involved parties IT Coordination - Coordinate daily communication between Vietnamese teams and Korean IT/business teams - Track and monitor IT issue status, development schedules, and deployment timelines - Support system enhancement requests, troubleshoot issues with relevant teams - Assist in translating and interpreting technical and non-technical materials (Korean ↔ Vietnamese, Korean ↔ English) - Maintain proper documentation of project and system-related materials Other Responsibilities - Support customer relationship management by tracking issues, preparing response reports, or assisting with FAQs - Handle ad-hoc requests from the direct manager such as: + Market research and competitor analysis + Recruitment coordination (e.g., interview support, translation) + Team event planning (e.g., team dinners, internal meetings, offsite support) - Prepare various internal reports and assist with administrative support tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Korean and Vietnamese, both written and spoken (TOPIK Level 5+ or equivalent preferred) - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Strong proficiency in reading and speaking English, especially for understanding technical or business documents - 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, IT Project Coordinator, or similar role - Experience working with developers - Experience with tools such as Redmine, or equivalent project management tools - Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with diverse teams - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills

- Experience in fintech, securities, or trading systems is an advantage - Familiarity with UI/UX discussions, and system testing processes - Bachelor’s degree in Language, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
