Job Overview And Responsibility

Mainly supporting customers (Korea) through Telegram, facilitating communication between Korean customers and the developer team. Managing and operating information on the company's website. Working hours: Full-time, flexible, rotating shifts with team members (ensuring 40 hours/week), 1-2 night shifts per week. Work location: Flexible, remote work from home. No office attendance required until further notice. Work tools: Personal laptop required. Excellent performance can lead to promotion to QA or higher-level positions.

Required Skills and Experience

Fluent in Korean (good reading and writing skills, equivalent to TOPIK 4 or higher), good reading comprehension in English. Always responsible for the assigned tasks.
