Job Overview And Responsibility

Communications System Development: Design and maintain a robust communications schedule that ensures timely and consistent engagement with stakeholders in the Web3 community and the broader public across various channels. Create content that connects our technical expertise with practical decentralized technology applications, appealing to seasoned blockchain professionals and new entrants. Media Relations Tactics: Develop and execute media strategies that significantly boost our Web3-centric and mainstream media presence. Build and nurture relationships with key influencers and media outlets in the blockchain space to expand our coverage and reinforce our position as industry leaders. Event and Campaign Management: Strategically plan and execute a range of events and campaigns, from community workshops to major international blockchain conferences. Oversee all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring each initiative effectively showcases our innovations in Web3 and drives community engagement. Community Communication Channels Management: Manage our engagement across critical digital platforms tailored to the Web3 audience, including our website, specialized social channels like Telegram, and content-driven platforms like Substack. Ensure that our digital communications are captivating, coherent, and customized to resonate with a diverse, tech-savvy audience, thereby cultivating a strong and interactive blockchain community.

Required Skills and Experience

Educational Background: - Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a reputable institution (preferably with a specialization in science or technology reporting). Experience: - 5+ years of experience in public relations or journalism, particularly in technology-focused sectors such as biotech, blockchain, or AI. - Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, storytelling, and media coverage within the technology space. Technical and Analytical Skills: - Mastery of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM) and content creation across blogs, social media, and traditional media. - Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategic decisions and forecast industry shifts. Leadership, Organizational Skills, and Cultural Fit: - Proven leadership in strategic planning and execution of branding and PR initiatives. - Exceptional project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects efficiently. Travel and Availability: - Willingness to travel as required for product launches, press releases, and other brand-related events. - Availability to handle communications and PR issues beyond standard work hours, if necessary.
