As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for making personalized recommendations for customers and clients while strictly concentrating on their concerns. You will also assist in the purchase of recommended items and products, and drive sales goals for your team. You will analyze customers’ skin and beauty regimen to help them identify the best solution (including products) to meet their individual goals. Key Responsibility: - Greet customers and help them feel welcome - Listen to shoppers, focus on their concerns and identify their needs and goals, and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate solutions/products - Demonstrate the proper use of various beauty and skin care products while giving an excellent consultation for their daily lifestyle. - Advise the usage and collect shoppers’ information to continuously consult them. - Manage stock and presentation of products
- High school diploma or equivalent. - Growth and service mindset. - Listening skills and question-raising skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Extensive knowledge of different kinds of cosmetics and skincare products. - Ability to demonstrate the proper use of various products.

- Previous experience as a beauty advisor or similar role is an advantage. - Medical or Pharmacist related education a plus. - English is a plus.
