Job Overview And Responsibility
• Build reusable, maintainable, reliable, and scalable automation platform using PowerShell • Develop, deploy, and maintain the services that enable Optimizely’s SaaS and PaaS product lines • Contribute to the architecture and design decision-making process • Pursue growth by maintaining an awareness of the state of technology, engineering techniques, and best practices
Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in the development of scalable, production services • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure Azure and .NET technologies (minimum of 2 years) • Working knowledge of scripting using PowerShell, .NET • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) • Ability to break down complex user stories into sub-tasks of appropriate scope for efficient delivery • Expert-level competency in core language areas • Actively share knowledge and skills to help team members grow • Maintain awareness of the state of technology, tools, and techniques • Knowledgeable in the development and operational aspects of cloud-based software • Require little oversight beyond high-level direction • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
