Content Marketing Interviewing Collaborating
- Develop content for events and activities for the Foundations, adhering to the approved marketing and communications plans. - Interview and write narrative articles about individuals participating in the Foundations' activities. - Assume the role of bilingual (English and Vietnamese) moderator (MC) for scientific seminars, webinars, and podcast series—including, but not limited to, InnovaTalk, InnovaConnect, and “Unveil the Future”—and support the overarching communication and public engagement initiatives of the Foundations. - Create and manage regular communication content on owned media, such as the website and social channels; oversee the performance of paid ads to ensure alignment with defined performance objectives. - Interact, collaborate, and supervise workloads with assigned partners and contractors. - Coordinate across companies within the Vingroup ecosystem to ensure the seamless execution of approved projects. - Research and propose suitable communication strategies for each project of the Foundations, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Good writing and creative composition skills: Candidates need to have the ability to write high-quality, creative, and engaging content, along with effective editing and proofreading skills. - Experience in communication and event management is an advantage (at least 3 years of experience). - Good communication and teamwork skills: Ability to communicate effectively and work efficiently in a team environment. - Project management and problem-solving skills: Ability to manage time and resources and solve problems creatively and efficiently. - Proficient in basic media software such as Canva and Adobe Illustrator for presentations, subtitle creation, etc. Candidates need to have knowledge and skills in using graphic design tools and basic video editing software to produce high-quality communication content. - English proficiency: An IELTS score of 7.5 (or equivalent) or higher is required, with a minimum of 7.0 in the Speaking component—this will be assessed during the interview process.
