Job Overview And Responsibility
● UI Design: Create high-quality, user-centric interface designs for our website and mobile application, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience ● Visual Design: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure design consistency across all of our modules & platforms ● Collaboration: Work closely with UX Designers to translate wireframes and user flows into engaging visual designs that align with user needs and business goals ● Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes & mock-ups to communicate design concepts effectively and gather feedback from different stakeholders ● Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests & user feedback sessions to iterate and refine designs based on user insights ● Design Optimization: Continuously improve & optimize existing UI components & design patterns to enhance user satisfaction & usability ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product) to ensure successful implementation of designs ● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to our Junior Designer, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team ● Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices
Required Skills and Experience
● Minimum of 3+ years of professional UI design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects ● Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite ● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and an eye for details ● Experience with creating & maintaining design systems + style guides ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders ● Experience in UX is a huge plus ● Experience in designing software is also a big plus
