We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media buying, campaign objectives, and performance analysis to enhance digital strategies and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Management: Set up and manage digital media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Zalo, etc.), ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. • Platform Expertise: Understand how different objectives function across paid ad platforms to optimize campaign performance. • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign reports, identify key insights, and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness. • Optimization & Strategy: Continuously test and refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to enhance campaign results. • Budget Management: Monitor ad spend to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize returns. • Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to align media strategies with business goals. • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, new platform features, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive media strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital media buying, paid ads management, or performance marketing. • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data interpretation. • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt strategies based on performance insights. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize performance. • Strong KPI measurement and budget allocation skills. • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Zalo Ads. • Knowledge of different campaign objectives and bidding strategies. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns efficiently. • Ability to adjust strategies based on data insights and business goals. • Innovative approach to A/B testing and campaign optimization. • Quick thinking to resolve campaign performance issues. • Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with creative, content, and data teams. • Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly. • Staying updated on platform changes, new ad formats, and industry trends. • Understanding user behavior shifts and adapting strategies accordingly.
