Position assists the PMO team to monitor the projects and keep track of the overall project portfolio. Under the direction of the PMO lead the project management associate will - Performs general project administration and support such as tool administration, new joiner activities, facilities management, project communication, and basic reporting. - Followup on the action items assigned during the daily scrum and help to resolve them. - Create weekly and monthly project status reports for internal and customer consumption. o Weekly + Timesheet reporting + Project forecast reporting + Resource forecast reporting + Take minutes for daily scrum and assign action items + Take minutes for quality checkpoints + Ensure PMO action items are followed through and closed o Monthly + Update burn sheet for T&M projects - Ensure data in the tools is updated and accurate o Odoo – Timesheet, project forecast, resource forecast, project milestones o Teams – Setup the teams and SharePoint structure for the projects and manage user add, remove, change access rights. Essential Functions • Update the Manager on the status of data repositories work queues and respond to requests using the standard, consistent processes • Draft and distribute minutes • Draft and Modify Documentation, workflows etc. • Convert raw data to required formats as trained and instructed by Manager using excel, powerbi and other open source tools • Draft Document requirements for Manager review
